Cancun International Airport has the following services at their passengers’ disposal prior boarding their flight.

Services

VIP Lounges

Mera Lounge: Located at the Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 after the security, available for passengers departing on international flights. Service hours: 08:00 am to 09:00 pm every day. Children under 2 have free entrance (accompanied by an adult).

Lounge facilities: Air conditioning, conference facilities, TV, Wi-Fi, local phone calls, fax, bar, snacks, drinks, magazines and newspapers, disabled access, kids area and massage chairs.

The Lounge by Global Lounge Network:
Location: Terminal 2 Airside, after Security. 

Opening Hours: 24 hours. Dress Code Aplicable.

Services: Air Conditioning, Refreshments, Magazines. 

Lockers

At Cancun Airport there are lockers to store safely your baggage for either short or long periods.

ATM and Banking Services 

A full-service branch of Santander Serfin is available along Cancun Airport’s terminals.

Location: ATM machines are located on upper & lower levels of Terminal 3.
